- MMMary MacneilSep 9, 20265.0I had a great experience at a Bell store thanks to Rikhi. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The service was efficient and professional — he made the whole visit straightforward and pleasant. Rikhi went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Best in-store telecom experience I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this location and especially Rikhi if you need help with plans, devices, or account questions. Thanks Rikhi from Todd and Merina
- ADAhmed DirieAug 29, 20261.0This is very disappointing service. If you travel even 5 kilometres outside of town, their phone service becomes unreliable or completely unavailable. Even worse, when you experience an issue, their customer service is often unable to resolve it effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable coverage.
