- TTTJun 20, 20161.0I would not recommend virgin mobility to anyone. Their plans are too expensive and they will nickel and dime every purchase. They don't reward good customers with basic expectations of customer service. Not only do the kiosk reps have a bad attitude but the company also employs an attitude that once you're a contracted customer they couldn't care less about your experience. There are companies that are loyal to you by allowing you to maintain the plan you signed up with but virgin will make you "upgrade" your plan to something much more expensive if you require any changes to your service.
