  I had an amazing experience with Virgin Plus, all thanks to Ekam! She was incredibly helpful and patient, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I came in feeling confused, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my choices before I left. What really stood out was how she didn’t rush the process, she made sure I understood every detail, and even helped me explore options I didn’t know were available.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The employee assisting us was unprofessional, rude, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult for me and my family. We drove all the way from Beaumont to help my son-in-law get a phone, only to be given conflicting information throughout the process. First, we were told that payment had to be made by credit card and that cash would not be accepted, so we had to leave, go to TD Bank, and deposit the cash. When we returned, we were then told that the card had to be in my son-in-law’s name, so we had to e-transfer him the money as well. It was clear the employee was in a rush to leave, even though it was only 8:22 PM. She told us she could not enter the information because “the computer shuts off at 8:30.” When I pointed out the time, she still seemed unwilling to help. My husband then tried the keyboard himself after noticing she was making things difficult, and it worked without issue. After all the time we spent driving there in terrible weather and dealing with these unnecessary delays, we were simply told to “come back tomorrow.” My son-in-law was understandably very upset. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hospitality, and dismissive attitude made this an extremely frustrating experience. I left feeling disrespected, and I was concerned that we may have been treated unfairly.
