Unfortunately, when I called back a second time, the experience was completely different. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very aggressive and argumentative tone while trying to explain things. I had to literally say, “I’m not here to argue.” I’m a first-time customer trying to understand the process of ordering business cards and flyers. If something needs to be explained, there is absolutely nothing wrong with explaining it respectfully and professionally instead of speaking to a customer with that kind of attitude. Honestly, VistaPrint has been a much better experience for me. What really disappointed me is that the employees I spoke with were 💯 more respectful and professional than the person who appears to be running the business.
