This FedEx Ship Centre is essentially a larger version of a Canada Post depot, and just slightly above competent. If you’re returning anything heavy, be prepared to unload it yourself, although staff will meet you at the loading bay with a dolly to move it inside.
One thing to be aware of is that the newer FedEx waybills don’t correspond with the older versions. If you’re printing multiple labels, make sure you know which is which before sealing your waybills into the plastic waybill holders. I had to reopen a couple of waybill holders after realizing the labels were jumbled. Another task left to the consumer with no help from the counter.
For partnering with a company the size of Wayfair, and considering the exorbitant return charges, this process should be much simpler. I don’t care who is making the money on the return—the fees are absolutely atrocious, and both FedEx and Wayfair share some responsibility for creating a better customer experience.

I was home and I didn't get any notification about a delivery.
All of the sudden I am told I have to pick it up.
Such bad service from the delivery driver.
An absolute nightmare to work with. Impossible to get a hold of. The only way to speak with a representative is to "return a call" and even then, they are clueless, cannot locate a package or contact the driver, and tell you to just be patient.
After multiple delivery attempts on a time sensitive item, I was still not given an option to pick up. Zero customer service and did not actually attempt to deliver item to my address.
I live in an apartment building and I always wait for them to call me to come out and pick up my packages, but they never call and I always have to go to the store to get them. This is the third time this has happened.
