  Entire company consistently pulls a "show up, sticker on door, leave" tactic. There is always someone home to receive a package, yet they never call, or try to notify a resident about their arrival. I'm going to start sending an invoice from now on for future deliveries performed like this. Either perform your basest duty of delivering the package or pay me for inconviencing me until the next week.

  Need clearer web descriptions. Took my envelope to close by Staples only to be told to take to main depot on the opposite end of town. Then, delivered prior ro date specified which messed up the delivery processed. Cherry on top....recipient followed up using their tracking number and was sent to Staples in their city....only to be sent somewhere else. I expected more for the 82.00 charge. Dissatisfied with this entire process unfortunately. At lease staff at counter were nice...the only positive.
