- PWPaul WJun 30, 20261.0Called and had them hold my parcel at depot, arrived the next morning. They said its still on pallet and they need a hour to find it. Hour and 10 min in... found the time to right this review as I sit, pissed off, waiting in their front foyer.

Every single delivery attempt results in the exact same automated message: “We tried to deliver your DHL Express shipment from YUCAN today but no one was home. Signature is required for delivery.” The problem is — I work from home and was home during the attempted delivery. I also provided clear delivery instructions. No one knocked, called, buzzed, or contacted me in any way. This feels less like a real delivery attempt and more like a standard excuse for failed delivery. Extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and irresponsible delivery practices. Customers pay for reliable express shipping and expect basic communication and care. Very frustrating experience

I have paid import fees, filled out forms, and still haven't received it. Happened to me in the summer too but I just went over there and went back and forth to border services to get it cleared myself. Absolutely useless place. Do better.
