  I had a frustrating experience at this Bell location while trying to complete my Buy It Back return. I brought in my old phone as instructed. The employee began taking my phone information and then told me there was a $25 charge to return the phone, even though she knew it was a Buy It Back return. She then took my phone and removed one of my camera protection lenses, which I had forgotten was still on the phone. After that, she told me she couldn’t accept the phone because of their standards(1 more camera protection lenses was installed) I tried to remove the remaining camera lens myself, but I didn’t have the proper tool or nails . Since she had already removed one of them, I asked if she could simply remove the last one, but she refused. Throughout the interaction, I found her to be rude and dismissive, and the whole process was made much more difficult than it needed to be. I ended up going 2 blocks west and 1 block north to the other Bell location across the parking lot, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were fantastic, helped with my lenses , had my Buy It Back invoice sorted out, and had everything completed within about 15 minutes with a credit to my account rather than a $25 fee I highly recommend going to that location instead. The second Bell store showed exactly how easy and straightforward this process should have been

  I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received today from Manisha. As a senior she found the best pricing for me and even cleaned up my new phone of not needed apps. If only every customer service rep was as good as her. Thank you, I will return to see her for any issues in the future.

  I had an amazing experience at Bell in Terra Losa thanks to Manisha! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options without making me feel rushed or pressured. She made switching over and setting up my new phone so easy, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Manisha, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit this Bell location

  Easiest phone upgrade!!! Thank you to Manisha, she made the experience so easy and stress less. She made sure my phone was up and going perfectly before I left the store. I came from out of Edmonton and it was well worth it. Thank you Manisha
