  Had an outstanding experience with Sunil at Bell today. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He made everything seamless and completely stress-free. We truly need more people like him in customer service—10/10 experience!

  Had a great experience with the Bell customer representative Mitali Jani. She was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My questions were answered quickly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

  🚨 SCAM ALERT!!! They’ll push you to buy a protection plan that costs around $10–$12 every month, telling you that if your phone gets damaged, it will be replaced for free. That’s exactly what the store employee told me when I purchased it. Three months later, my phone got damaged, so I went to the store expecting the replacement I was promised. Then they told me there was a replacement fee. And guess how much? $499!!! 🤯 If there was a $499 replacement fee, why wasn’t I clearly told about it when I signed up for the protection plan? Customers deserve to know the full cost and terms upfront, not find out about a huge fee only after something happens.

  MITALIA from the Millwoods Edmonton Alberta Bell store helped today. Awesome experience, she had amazing patience and was extremely knowledgeable. I believe this particular store is the best in Edmonton because of employees like her. Best experience ever!!
