- BHBrianna HewittSep 14, 20261.0I'm so mad. Never again. Not only was a given a phone with half the storage as my old phone but my entire plan was changed and my wifi calling was removed. And I can't even get it on my new plan. I live in the middle of nowhere. So now I cannot make a single call because I dont get enough service in my home and I cannot have wifi calling. You'd think you'd check if I still needed those add ons before removing them on my new plan. Never again will I go into a bell to upgrade my phone

The gentleman who helped us went above and beyond to make sure we received the absolute best deal available on our account. Bell had a special loyalty offer attached to our account that the representative he was dealing with over the phone initially couldn’t see and was reluctant to honour. Instead of simply accepting that answer, he was persistent, advocated for us, and made sure they found the offer and applied it properly. He took the time to work through all of our options and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. We ended up with a significantly better plan and two new phones, and never felt pressured or rushed. Exceptional customer service and exactly the reason it’s worth dealing with a knowledgeable person in-store rather than trying to sort everything out yourself online. We really appreciated the effort he put in for us and would absolutely recommend this Bell location.
