- AEA EtbailMay 4, 20265.0Great service. I appreciate the help I get.
- KUKevin UsherSep 21, 20221.0They stole the contents of my package. The item was delayed and when it arrived the shipping manifest was gone and the box had been resealed with fedex tape. The items I ordered were gone. I am taking this complaint all the way to the top and I hope you thieves get found out and charged.
- SSsandman1330May 21, 20221.0Terrible experience every single time. I live north of Edmonton, it is an hour drive each way for me to pick up at this location. In the past, I have been home only to find a missed delivery slip on the door - no attempt to even knock or ring the doorbell. This latest one I knew I would only be home Friday, so I used the online manage delivery to request delivery on Friday. Instead they still attempted Wednesday and Thursday, and NOT on Friday! All this would be manageable if they would just set up or contract out a pickup location in St Albert or north Edmonton, like every other courier does. FedEx allows you to drop off at Staples in St Albert, why can’t this be a pickup location?
- DDDarcy DaigleMay 14, 20212.0They gave me the right piece and called me back to give me another piece from the same sender...it was clearly marked for another company to pick up and going to a different client. This is another reason I stopped using them a few years ago.
