  I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. There is plenty of parking, which is a bonus, the office is clean, and the staff is great.

  I had some fairly expensive camera equipment being delivered... FedEX agent is claiming it was delivered, even though I also received a "door tag" and it required a "19+ signature". I am the only resident at my address, so nobody else could have accepted it except for the dog, and was at work when it was delivered. Also, customer service attempted to claim that the parcel was attempted the two days prior, and that it was an old door tag. Which doesn't add up, considering the date on the tag is from the alleged delivery date. Absolutely embarrassing that anyone is paying for this service. Also, wasted a my time going to shipping center to pick it up, and the time spent on the phone with customer service, not to mention my items, which were for a vacation, will not make it here in time now. Update: A new door tag left 4 days later without any communication from Fedex, with the parcel now in the opposite end of the city, about as far as possible from my residence and with several shipping centers between us. Makes no sense, definitely at this point it appears to be intentional, either out of malice or just because they are lazy and do not want to fulfill their obligation. I have been unable to reach anyone at Fedex, just a third party call center that can not answer any of my questions. Horrendous customer service. Update: Promised to deliver it Friday, nothing happened. When I followed up with their call center, they first claimed it was delivered a week ago... Here we go again! Another ticket submitted, another empty promise of delivery.
