- DSDona SalimJan 26, 20261.0I am writing to formally complain about an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience I recently had with one of your agents, Ardia. When I contacted support to address an issue with my account, the agent displayed a lack of professionalism and a poor attitude from the beginning. After I explained my concern, I was asked to provide my phone number. However, once I shared the number—which is a Virgin Mobile number I have been using for over five years—the agent stated that no information could be found and dismissed the issue by saying, “it is what it is,” without offering any further assistance or attempting to investigate the matter. This response was unacceptable and made me feel unsupported and uncomfortable as a customer. I was not offered any solution, explanation, or escalation option. The lack of empathy and willingness to help left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. This experience has significantly affected my trust in Virgin Mobile. If this is the level of service provided when customers need help, I do not feel confident or safe continuing with the service, and I am seriously considering switching to another provider. I hope this complaint is reviewed seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve customer support and ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
