- MMmpmonforteDec 28, 20255.0Sanjay is an excellent sales consultant who really listens to customer needs. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Made everything easy to understand and stress-free.
- MMMichelleJan 30, 20251.0Had an okay service in store only to find out they messed up my whole payment plan. Got charged more than my connection fee and bill combined one day after getting a new phone and plan (even though i placed down a $300 deposit). No one notified me about the amount charged to my credit limit, however instead they cut off my service to my phone. Phoned both this location and the virginplus help line to fix the issue, only to get bounced between departments and my issue not solved. Everyone i spoked to on the phone barely spoke english, and seemed clueless. Beyond disappointing. Wish I stayed with telus.
- EFEmily FDec 3, 20235.0Very helpful and straight forward process. I needed to port my number over from another provider and they handled everything for me very efficiently. For sure my go to phone location now. Kaiser was excellent!
