  Amazing customer service, and when faced with problem they had never seen before…they knew exactly what to do…why we prefer Virgin Plus, but also why we prefer dealing with an agent in person who works directly for Virgin. If I could give more then 5 stars I would

  On the phone says to leave a message and then follows up with no space for a voice message. I've been trying to pay remaining bill for over two months. Cant log in as it won't allow me, cant reach you guys via telephone and no means of transportation. What the hell
