  Stopped in to purchase a new phone and was helped by Sean. He was super helpful, thorough and set both my wife and I up with better plans. He happened by the booth on his day off a couple of days later and helped me with an issue. I was so impressed with his help!

  I was at the Virgin Plus kiosk at Market Mall early this afternoon. Nick and Sean were most helpful in getting my email running properly. As well as sorting out a Gmail account. Got me all sorted out on logins. These two gentlemen were very knowledgeable, and I certainly appreciated their Professionalism and Caring Manner. I felt they saw me and heard me. That’s why it will be very very difficult for me to ever leave Virgin Plus. I have had nothing but the best service at Virgin Plus since joining their family many years back. Kudos to Nick and Sean.   OMG, I met the whip-smartest, extremely knowledgeable, delightfully personable customer care person today. His name is Sean and he cuts through the nonsense that may have been frustrating you with any mobile carrier you have ever used. I was just lucky to run into him today when he was working. He solved all my issues like he was a magician. Look him up whenever you need correct, authoritative, and complete customer service. He should be running an entire department with his skills. Check him out!!!!

  Worst decision ever I switched from rogers to virgin and my calls started dropping each time, I was barely getting data and sometimes not at all even in the middle of downtown, I tried reaching out and they don't care they just ended the call and kept saying its an issue with my phone and said appreciate your feedback with no help. Switched back to rogers and surprisingly my data is working everywhere and my calls are not dropping anymore I guess its not an issue with my phone!
