  Extremely frustrating experience. My package has been sitting in Calgary for days, and the tracking keeps changing between "At local FedEx facility" and "On the way" with no actual delivery. It was even marked "Out for delivery," but nothing arrived. There has been no explanation or useful communication. The tracking information is confusing and unreliable. Very disappointing service.

  The ship center was great. Fast efficient friendly staff. Couldn't ask for any better. Perhaps a better Fedex shipping web experience and lower rates.....

  I was having trouble finding a packaging system large enough for my uniquely sized item for shipping. Luckily Jay went above and beyond and constructed a custom box to accommodate my item. It took a lot of tape and time, but he did it. Thanks Jay!

  Driver claims to have attempted delivery at 6:10 pm (already 3 hours late). Paid $20 extra to have it here today by 3 pm. Of course there is no refund for their mistakes. The driver had to buzz our apt number to get in our building which goes direct to my cell. We sat here all day with the phone no more than 6 inches away at all times so we wouldn't miss delivery. It never rang and the driver never left a tag to say they tried. It was a wedding gift for my wife so I'm not impressed. We are both disabled and now have to load a wheelchair and a walker to go pick it up. Worst drivers in the industry. This is coming from a 30 year career delivery driver. Not happy !!!
