  I was having issues with the DHL Express kiosks because I needed a prepaid return label, so I was searching everywhere for an actual DHL location where I could speak with someone and get assistance. Axel Landa (YYC OPS) was amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me get everything sorted out. At first, I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to give this location a chance. I was honestly about to use FedEx instead! Thank you, Axel, and the team for the excellent service. You made the whole process quick and stress-free.

  Very disappointed with my experience. At the service point, we were told that sending a DHL Express Easy Envelope to Israel would cost CAD $115. However, when the transaction was processed, we were charged CAD $149.90. When I questioned the higher charge, I was told that the price of $115 had been in U.S. dollars, not Canadian dollars. This was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. After the shipment, I called DHL customer service and was informed that the expected shipping cost should have been approximately CAD $107. I find it unacceptable that prices were quoted without clearly specifying the currency, resulting in a charge that was much higher than expected. Pricing should be transparent and communicated clearly to customers. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and overcharged.

  I want to thank Mr Adeel of DHL Chinook for being so kind to my friend Kath , for being so nice , we may not get the package today but your kindness made my day here in the Netherlands , your kindness is enough to relieve the pain I have right now not having delivered my package due to some problems , it might be late but im still grateful , thank u sir , DAY 2 - My friend Kath was able to get the package and I felt so relieved , thank you very much for your great care for your customers , til next time , greetings from the Netherlands
