- MMMarinaSep 23, 20265.0I would like to take a moment to recognize AXEL at DHL ( Chinook location) for his exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, AXEL was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He handled everything with such efficiency and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear, his approach was professional, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It is refreshing to receive this level of service. AXEL is a true asset to DHL, and his professionalism and dedication definitely deserve recognition. Thank you, AXEL, for making my experience such a positive one!

- JBJake BaverstockAug 18, 20263.0Despite their times online and on the official DHL sticker on the door, this is the third time I’ve had them closed during normal business hours. Might be because they’re the express service point, but it is still frustrating. If they need a lunch break because they’re single worker I completely understand but maybe this should be reflected in the online and sticker time rather than “will return in one hour note” Frustrating, however workers have always been pleasant and DHL does offer some of the fastest and streamlined shipping for international orders.
- IKIrena KongsuwanAug 18, 20265.0I was helped by Eskandria and she was so helpful in getting my shipment of artwork off to Italy for temporary exhibition. Very smooth process and great customer service. Now I’m just praying it gets there and back! Thanks Eskandria!
