  I had a great experience at the Bell store in Sunridge Mall, Calgary, when I upgraded my cell phone on October 1, 2026. Ankit Darji was very helpful with the upgrade and setting up my new phone. Vismay also assisted, and I truly appreciated their support throughout the process. Thank you, Ankit and Vismay, for making the experience easy and pleasant. Your helpful service made a difference, and I would happily recommend this store to others!

  Had a really good experience at Bell Sunridge, mainly because of Ankit. He was super helpful and made the whole process really easy for me. I recently got a Watch 4 and Ankit helped me understand the different options and features. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me straightforward advice based on what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Really appreciate his patience, product knowledge, and the way he actually takes the time to help customers. It made a big difference in my experience. Thanks again, Ankit, for all your help! If you’re going to Bell Sunridge and need help choosing a phone, watch, or any other product, I’d definitely recommend asking for Ankit. He knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help you find what works for you.

  Great customer service by Riya and Hasan(store manager) They were really helpful and kind. Had a very bad experience via online loyalty and customer service from Bell but coming in person to the Bell store really helped. They both navigated the situation very well and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for your outstanding service Hasan and Riya. I really recommend everyone to come in the store to get help from these guys! They make you feel heard and cared for.

  I had a great experience at Bell in Sunridge Mall, Calgary, thanks to Ankit! I visited the store because I needed help with my SIM PUK code, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He understood my issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was resolved successfully. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
