  I am already a Bell customer and visited this location specifically to ask about getting a data-only SIM for my own tablet. I even explained that Bell's official website provides information about connecting devices to mobile data. Instead of trying to find a suitable option for an existing customer, the employees told me that I would need to purchase a tablet from Bell and pay approximately $45 per month for a plan. I explained that buying another tablet just to get mobile internet made absolutely no sense for me, but they showed no interest in finding another solution. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. When I said that service like this was making me consider changing providers, the response was basically, “Yes, of course.” After leaving, I went to Rogers and asked for exactly the same thing. They understood what I needed and set up a data SIM for my own tablet in about five minutes. The difference in customer service was remarkable. I came to Bell as an existing customer ready to pay for an additional service, but instead of helping me, the staff essentially sent my business to a competitor.

  I went to upgrade my phone and add another one to my plan for my son today. I have been a Rogers customer for over 15 years. But after shopping around every moment phone store and kiosk in the mall it was very evident the fellas at Bell were bar far the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Kumar, Andy and Vansh we're all amazing. They all went above and beyond to beat all the competitors plans and also help me set up both of our new phones. I would highly recommend Bell in south center for all your cellular needs. In a world where proper competence and customer service is hard to find these fellas are a shining beacon in the darkenss. Best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time.
