  Wow! Rico and his staff have taken care of me since opening years ago! I needed to upgrade my IPhone and the awesome service provided, continues to bring me back! The knowledge of the staff and how they explain the technical differences and options is outstanding. If you need any cell phone, Apple Watch, or tablet or accessories, this is the store to go to! Thx Guys! See you again when I need your help!

  Came in on Jun 27, 2026 to get some lucky mobile pay as you go, SIM cards. The guy told me there was a $40 activation fee for each card, in which he was misinformed of the CRTC rules. He tried to charge a $40 activation on a $29 pay as you go phone plan. I went to a different bell location and there was no activation fee. So don’t be fooled by going to this location. Very unimpressed by the uneducated salesperson at this location

  Extremely poor cell service in South Calgary Seton area, multiple dead zones. Called customer service and they said they cannot change their coverage. Telus customers don’t have this issue.

  We had an incredible experience at this Bell location today. They went way above and way beyond to help us work out a solution for our unique issue today. They spent a long time trying to think outside the box to come up with a way to help us and in the end we were able to resolve our issue and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful.
