- TTTim TetreaultSep 30, 20261.0If I could go lower I would. Staff were obnoxious and didn’t care. I told them I didn’t need help yet when I first walked into the store. I was waiting for my dad. When he arrived we stood there for 2 minutes as the employee scrolled his phone right in front of us and the he became hostile towards us after we asked him if he was working or just standing there. I walked in looking to upgrade my company’s existing phone plan - which we had for over 15 years. I walked out with a beautiful new Rogers plan instead. Take the extra few steps to get to Rogers - it’s worth it just to not deal with these Bell employees.
