  Sahib was absolutely amazing with setting both me and my dad up with new phones and amazing plans!! I’ve been with bell for over 5 years and this was the best deal we’ve gotten!! Thanks sahib! Will be back!

  Horrible customer service, front door was even locked so I had to wait to be let in. the taller white guy working there today was not helpful in any way and told me just to go to a different store. I’m gonna drive to the other store and cancel my phone plan!!

  Had the best experience at Bell the other day, Shervin helped out my husband and I with returning/upgrading my phone. He was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He even remembered us from 2 years ago when we first switched to Bell. Highly recommend Bell for their plans/phones but moreso their customer service. We had to go to the one on 130th to pick up the phone itself, and the guys there were just as great! The whole start to finish was super quick and efficient!
