  Horrible customer service, front door was even locked so I had to wait to be let in. the taller white guy working there today was not helpful in any way and told me just to go to a different store. I’m gonna drive to the other store and cancel my phone plan!!

  Highly recommend Bell in Seton or on 130th. Shervin helped us out and it was seamless from start to finish. Extremely happy with their customer service and help!

  Had the best experience at Bell the other day, Shervin helped out my husband and I with returning/upgrading my phone. He was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He even remembered us from 2 years ago when we first switched to Bell. Highly recommend Bell for their plans/phones but moreso their customer service. We had to go to the one on 130th to pick up the phone itself, and the guys there were just as great! The whole start to finish was super quick and efficient!

  Went in to upgrade my phone. It was a fast and easy process. We checked my account and found significant savings. Would definitely go to this location again.

  Customer service - 000! It starts the moment the manager opens the door—he looks as though he’s doing you a favour. Every question I asked was met with nothing but “yes” or “no,” and he ultimately couldn’t help me, even though I spend well over $100, and sometimes close to $200, with Bell every month. Don’t bother going to this location—it’s a complete waste of time. There’s a good chance they won’t even open the door for you, let alone help you with your issue.
