During the extreme hardships we have all been placed under I had been attempting to return the BELL product at their request and using the labels they have provided. After many attempts and being unsuccessful due to Purolator shutting down service in our area, I was left with no choice but to ask for help at the BELL store. I was met with sarcasm rude comments, lack of empathy and an overall Aloof demeanor from the Attenfant identified as Jason. The ask was for help in returning this ornguidance on the process forward, all that was met with the same language and demeanor as stated above. As a result I left the box outside the BELL store and called them to say I had dropped it off COVID-19 Style. The parting words from Jason were "We sell cell phones not TV here, we are not THAT BELL" To me in this kind of economic crisis and during the hard times we should band together and not segregate ourselves apart. This is a time for helping jor hurting, lending a well distanced hand not scoffing as a father and a husband asking for help so that we can continue to socially distance. This kind of behaviour is clearly not something a representative of BELL would be expected to do. I am ashamed for the owner and saddened that I am not taking my business else where. This is simply not something one can ever look last during times of hardship.
