Customer service screwed me by processing my return on their end and now I have to package my old phone and send it off. What a stupid waste of my time! These guys at this location, 4 stars, for they tried to help. Customer service call centre, zero star!

I called Bell Canada and they said there is no such policy and that they will be speaking to this store and reporting them! Do not go here! Drive the 10 minutes more and go to cross iron!
