    Exceptional Service by Gurjot Kingra I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Gurjot Kingra at the Bell store. After spending almost three hours on the phone with technical support—being transferred from one person to another with no solution—I was beyond frustrated and the issue was still not resolved. When I walked into the store, Gurjot completely changed the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely hospitable. He listened carefully, understood the problem immediately, and solved it in less than 10 minutes. It was unbelievable how quickly he handled something others couldn’t solve. Professionals like Gurjot truly make a difference. His attitude, expertise, and kindness speak volumes about his work ethic. Bell is lucky to have him. Highly recommended—thank you, Gurjot!
