I had ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB — I had the receipt and order confirmation — but they mistakenly gave me the 512 GB version and overcharged me. When I went back to return it just two days later (unopened), they told me that my original plan was no longer available, and I had to switch to a new plan that cost nearly twice as much. This happened even though I was clearly told on the first day that I had 14 days to return the phone and that my original plan would be reinstated if I did so. I spent hours on the phone with customer service — at least six or seven calls, each lasting about an hour — trying to fix a problem that was caused by the store’s own mistake. Although I finally received the refund, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and extremely frustrating. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this store to others.
