  I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years (its really 30 years as i stopped for a few years but then went back) and unfortunately, I have to cancel my account as I have a fridge With water and ice capabilities. When I phone today, they put me through to the cancellation department who said they could offer me a deal If I continued. In my opinion, customer service should think about what the Customer said because why would I want to pay for water when I get it free. they owe me money cause I had a credit on my account and they said after I get the final invoice, I then have to call and request how I want my refund and I said I’m just gonna tell you now how I want my refund and she said no we cant do that. Anyways, bottom line is I had to call today and go to two departments to request the cancellation. Then I have to call back only between the hours and 830 and four Monday through Friday as that’s when I work, but those are the only hours they offer To let them know how I want my refund. Then I have to find time to drive 30 minutes to pick up my building door key from their office that again is only open 830 to 4 Monday to Friday. Canadian Springs has gone downhill, The water is great the Customer service seriously lacks and it’s getting expensive… I would go to old Victoria, water company and try them.

  Worst company ever. Never have what we order,never show up when they say,never call back when asked to. they are very good at apologizing but never fix the problem.....so dont apologize then. . If I could give you 0 I would. And by the rest of the reviews it shows you really do not care and do not care about fixing your issues.

  Terrible. No show deliveries. Consistently leavings items we did not order (extra jugs, coffee, cups, etc) that we then have to fight to get refunds for. Poor customer services and service fees through the roof. We have historically used Canadian Springs for multiple business locations but cancelling one by one due to the terrible service decline and consistent fraudulent charges on our invoices.

  Service was satisfactory until this fall. They then skipped a delivery and left me with no water. Attempt to rebook a delivery which they continued to cancel and charge me for anyways. Closed my account and they billed me again for service that was not received. Still waiting for them to pick up the 4 empties and return my $40 deposit since November. Can get better and way cheaper service elsewhere. Would not recommend

  Update Dec 2023: customer service has greatly improved! Thank you! Agree with others here, the customer service is terrible. I have water filtration system they are supposed to change the filter every six months, but don’t let me know when. I don’t know how I’m supposed to know. They were supposed to come yesterday, never showed up, then I phone and discover they are coming tomorrow!!! How am I supposed to know if they don’t let me know?? They need access to my home to change the filter. Unbelievable. After so many years with the company, I think it’s time for a change.
