    Terrible. No show deliveries. Consistently leavings items we did not order (extra jugs, coffee, cups, etc) that we then have to fight to get refunds for. Poor customer services and service fees through the roof. We have historically used Canadian Springs for multiple business locations but cancelling one by one due to the terrible service decline and consistent fraudulent charges on our invoices.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have been with this water delivery service for over nine years, and their decline in service is unacceptable. We operate a store with 15 staff members, and they have failed to deliver our water for almost a month. Last week, we were promised a delivery of 8 bottles today, yet as the day is almost over, we find ourselves having to call again. Shockingly, the manager changed our delivery to five days later without any notification. This level of service is entirely unsatisfactory, and we expect immediate action to rectify this situation.

    Can't get ahold of anyone to cancel. Customer service has you on hold for over 2 and a half hours. Twice now I've tried and haven't had success with speaking with anyone. This company looks like they are just scamming people for water services or they are going under as a business and refusing to help with canceling there service.. probably the most frustrating company to deal with

    Hard to give a review - as there is no longer walk in service available (as of May 2 2025). Client service would dictate that info should have been added to Google maps to save us all a trip. Now what to do with these two 5 gallon jugs of theirs??

    I am “ supposed to be“ A new customer I set up by phone a week ago and was told my delivery would be on Monday. They no showed I called Tuesday morning and was absolutely promised that I would have it by 5 o’clock on Tuesday equipment and water bottles Tuesday they no showed! I called again Wednesday I was told it might be there Thursday, so a full week later. Of course they had no problem taking my money instantly, when I set up. Phone agent girl this morning was super rude. Stated she wasn’t going to do anything except maybe get it here in two more days….. MAYBE. no compensation no communication saying they weren’t going to show up, however the phone agent yesterday, said they should be emailing. So again a customer service failure!! If I look online my UPDATE: delivery is still days away! awful awful customer service no way to contact the direct office which is only blocks away from the delivery. Eastern office so west coast can’t contact anyone after 3:30! Considering waiting for the delivery to just refuse it! I ended up canceling my account. Two more missed deliveries and then I got a call saying they were out of water and would be a few more days. No offer to deliver different type of water. Nothing. How does a WATER company run out of Water??!! “Deposit to be returned in 24hrs”… that was 5 days ago no refund yet.
