  The people working at this location were amazing and super helpful, especially a big shout out to Evan and Fahim who not only saved me a lot of money from my Telus bill, they also took the time to walk me through what might be the "BEST" deal for me and my family. Big shout out to the manager as well who just made the entire experience super easy and not scary.

  I called customer service about the upgrade they kept bugging me about so I gave in and called I asked c.s can you tell me about these 2 phones I can upgrade to etc she was telling me about the first phone then I said k tell me about this other phone she said okay well you just lost out on the one I was telling you we have no more of that phone i said well tell me about this one she goes on and on saying I have to pay 80 activation before they MAIL the phone if I didn't like the phone I can return in 15 days I then said is this online only offer or can I go into the store I wanna see the difference she told me no it's online or via call I'm like why she said the stores didn't have no stock that's why it's only online that they had to mail it and would take 3-5 business days and online it said complete different then I said where you seeing this amount etc and I asked if I can screen shot and email then she tries to make my bill higher I said I'm going to go to the store she kept insisting I wasn't going to get the same offer and I would have to wait longer for the phone so I go to Mayfair talked to Fahim A. I told him what customer service told me and he went and did his job and said that's so not true after setting me up with the phone and even cheaper bill I told him he gets 5 stars and a promotion I suggest you go see this store they don't give you the o I didn't read the fine print thank you so much Fahim keep doing what you doing cause good customer service goes along ways with by word of the mouth or here on Google 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟and your other rep as well I didn't get her name you guys are a good team I appreciate you both
