In today's world it's a blessing to do business with a young person who's friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or rushed, I was treated with the respect that a customer deserves. So glad that I switched providers to Bell, John made the transaction smooth, easy, no nonsense and even kind of fun.
