- JJJosephDec 21, 20255.0I had a really great customer service experience with Kelly at this location. I bought a new phone less than a year ago and it has always had difficulty accessing the internet. I pay about $100 a month for data and high speed. I am able to hotspot to my laptop, but have little to no access with my phone. It so frustrating to not be able to sign into anything. I have tried repeatedly to get help from customer service. Communication with every rep is difficult and I feel as if they just want to get me off the phone. I went into the local Bell Store and just dreaded it. Luckily Kelly was working and is very customer service oriented. He genuinely wanted to help me. He explained my phone has an internal sim card. And what a sim card actually does. He replaced it with an external sim. And explained the process step by step. Unfortunately it hasn't fixed my problem. But it was nice to feel heard and someone tried to help. It's so frustrating. My phone is even is slow connected to my home WIFI. I'm not sure where to go from here. I travel quite a bit and no matter what city I am in it's the same problem. I would at least downgrade my plan, but that I work remotely. And being able to hotspot to my laptop is something......my phone is useless though.
