  I wanted to share my awesome experience with Victoria. I came in to pick up my new phone, and she helped me with transferring everything from my old phone, to my new. It was having a bit of troubles and taking longer than expected because we had to update both phones, and took a couple hours. This location closes at 6, but she waited with me until 7:15pm (after they closed) just to make sure my new phone had everything it needed and there was no issues. We had great chats, and even played a couple games of hangman together to kill some time. Thank you Victoria for staying late and being so patient! I also love my new phone and my new plan.

  What an outstanding group of employees that work at the Bell store in Mayfair. I went in there today to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working with Victoria. Not only was she polite, witty, and very nice. She also helped me save money on my monthly payment plan, set up my phone, and got me hooked up with a lovely case, charger and glass protector for a reasonable price. She was a pleasure to deal with and this is the only Bell store I will be going to going forward.

  I went into the Mayfair location after another experience at a different Bell location didn't sit all that to well. I was looking at getting the new Samsung S26 Ultra if the deal made sense. Lauren, was the person who assisted me with all my questions and provided me with outstanding answers. She broke everything down and really put in the effort to make sure I had the information to make the right decision. Needless to say I ended up leaving with a new phone, no thanks in part to her excellent customer service. She made sure all my information was transferred over and that I was good to go. She even called a few days later called me to provide information about my billing and a general hows the new phone working. Thank you Bell and Lauren.

  Amazing service at Bell Mayfair with Evan. He went absolutely went above and beyond to transfer my phone over to a new phone and a new plan from Roger’s. He made sure all was transferred before I left and even certain apps were transferred so I would not have to reset with photo id etc like the bc resident card. He was extremely patient at explaining everything pertaining to the cost and every step of the transfer. And surprise he was was able to give me a decent cash back for my old phone !!! Amazing 🌸
