  Both my spouse Thor and I are not at all tech savvy. When Thor purchased a new cell phone from Bell the other day, we couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and very patient Bell representative to help us make the purchase. Joshua went over and above when it came to explaining the technology and when he transferred everything from the old cell phone to the new one. Bell should be giving Joshua a big pay raise, he is worth it! Also a big shout out to Jeremy who today happily and easily answered the follow up questions that we had, and made us feel welcome to stop by any time in the future. What a great experience both times!

  Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in getting a new phone. Worked with Adam + Aharva on different days I had come in, and both were very kind, patient + conscientious. Then in finalizing my plan, phone, etc. worked with Adam + he demonstrated such a high degree of thoroughness, professionalism and care. Highly recommend this team + location - made it such a lovely process fr!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Bell Store. I came in with what I believed was a major issue with my phone—something the staff mentioned was quite rare—and I was honestly expecting a long and stressful process. Jeremy immediately stepped in and, with impressive knowledge and efficiency, resolved the issue incredibly quickly. Not only that, but he ensured I had temporary connectivity right away, which made a huge difference. What felt like a “disaster” to me was handled with total confidence and ease. I also want to thank Joshua and John for their friendly, supportive service throughout the visit—they made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It was also a pleasure meeting Harman, the regional manager who recently moved to Victoria—welcome! You’ve got an exceptional team here. Every concern and question I had was addressed thoroughly, and I left feeling completely taken care of. This level of service is rare, and it’s earned my loyalty. I’ll absolutely be returning—consider me a lifelong customer.

  My helper here at The Bay Centre was Personable, honest and Very helpful!He explained the present options and incentives clearly and hopefully the offer for the iPhone 16e will last until tomorrow Feb 29 2026 or even Monday March 1st as I plan to change my present plan from Telus. I also have my wifi with Telus which, unfortunately , I pay separately and it is too expensive. Presently I have a $20 plus bills with “Telus for good” . But getting it cost me $100s . Anyways if you wave the $80.00 connection fee I am in!! Thanks Laura

  I would hesitate to use Bell services, if I do, it would be with the caveat that I communicate with folks at the Bay Center. Bell is great - my situation, however, was unique and unusual - All the staff were courteous, focused on one client at a time, totally appreciated the help I received from staff with connectivity to Bell's Customer service on several occasions- esp navigating through the AI attendant (frustrating), John and Adam (et al) truly helpful. Thank you!
