  Insight Global found me a job I absolutely love. What impressed me most was how well they matched me to the right opportunity, it wasn't just about filling a role, it felt like they genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Even after placement, the support didn't stop. They continued to check in and make sure things were going well. That kind of ongoing care is rare and really sets them apart from other staffing agencies. If you're looking for a company that will find you a great fit and stick with you beyond day one, I'd highly recommend Insight Global.

  After sitting dormant for 9 months, I was contacted by Insight Global via LinkedIn. With much skepticism, combined with collated negative experiences, I decided I had nothing to lose. I missed their first call, they did not let that set a first impression. I called them back and explained why, I have a son and I couldn't answer. My recruiter empathized and gave me the time to respond. From my first conversation with my recruiter, to my first interview, I was supported, followed up with, and given space if I had missed a call/email. They gave me the time knowing I had a 2 year old to baby sit, during my virtual interview process. 72 Hours Later, I was handed an offer letter and started working for an organization where I felt I was validated, acknowledged and most of all valued. Job Hunting can get really hard and I just want to give Kudos to my recruiters Kyle and Alexia at Insight Global. From a beyond satisfied consultant.

  I could say they're the worst recruitment firm I have ever worked with, but that would be inaccurate because nobody here cares about your inquiries, so I never did find out what it's like to work with them. They are fantastic at ignoring multiple emails and phone calls, and they absolutely EXCEL at not doing their job. I was bounced around between 3 different recruiters over a period of 5 months and I received NO help, NO follow ups, and NO guidance whatsoever. I could call them a joke but jokes are actually funny and this place is a dumpster fire.
