I had so many problems that were my fault like forgetting passwords ugh. Anyway he was awesome! Always made me feel like I was not the only one in a fun way so I was very comfortable working with him. Ask for Hark he is really the most incredible, professional! He helped us fully understand all the various aspects of the data plan we chose, and set it all up for us right then and there. He also gave us some really good advice on all the other things we have to get set up (which was greatly appreciated). His colleague was also so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough, they made us feel so welcome and a lot less stressed about all the admin we need to do as newly arrived immigrants.
