Michael explained every step patiently and was always friendly. Customers enter sender and receiver details on a computer provided in the shop, and if it’s your first time (as it was for me), you’ll naturally have questions or make small mistakes. Michael was consistently helpful and calm—exactly what you hope for in customer service. The price for shipping to Europe was unbeatable, and the delivery speed is impressively fast. Thank you, Lise and Michael, for such an uplifting and stress-free experience. I wish this location were closer to where we live—we’d definitely come in much more often.
