First time called them their new support person said it will get resolved in 30 minutes after restarting my phone, I tried that nothing happened. Next I tried visiting the branch also no help they made me call their retention team and they wasted an hour on the phone with me said someone ported my phone outside. This is the worst company ever! I will sue them even if it costs me more money. Don’t use this stupid company unless you want to work with trash customer service. Note the person in the branch didn’t do any mistakes himself at least he was honest saying he can’t help, however the people he connected me with are the worst.
