I’ve been with Bell for almost a year, and this has been one of the most frustrating and stressful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My service was set up through a freelance Bell salesperson at Crystal Mall, who is unfortunately also someone I knew personally. I was pressured into a phone plan I couldn’t refuse, and later discovered I was being charged for three Google Pixel phones I never wanted and never received. On top of that, the actual phone service is terrible. I can barely make calls, my data is unreliable, and I don’t even get service in parts of my own home. When I go outside—especially late at night—I often have no service at all. I’ve been stranded downtown at 3 AM without enough signal to even call an Uber, which is extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable for a phone provider. I spent almost an entire year calling Bell, going through endless loops with customer service. I escalated to the Executive Office, and they eventually stopped responding altogether. Because of this, I was forced to file a complaint with CCTS just to get any movement. When I first went back to the Bell store at Crystal Mall for help, I was yelled at for contacting the fraud department—despite the fact that I was being charged for phones I didn’t have. I later learned that any complaints get routed back to the same location where you signed up, and despite Bell’s claim that they would follow up for the first several months, no one ever contacted me. Once the Executive Office got involved, I began receiving threatening and manipulative messages from the freelance salesperson, accusing me of “ruining his life” and “threatening our friendship” simply for reporting what happened. This was extremely inappropriate and stressful. Eventually, CCTS helped reach a resolution. Bell still insisted I pay for the phone, but at that point I was exhausted and just wanted to leave. I accepted the offer purely so I could move on. However, Bell is now trying to force me to pay for months of service that I was stuck waiting on because THEY delayed the resolution. If they intended to charge me anyway, they should have resolved this sooner instead of dragging it out. This feels intentional—like they delayed on purpose so they could claw back the credits they owed me for the Google Pixels I never received. Please do not use Bell. This isn’t even the full story—this is just the surface of what I’ve dealt with over the past year. Horrible service, horrible customer support, and practices that feel incredibly unfair….

Bell mobility, customer support person cancelled my phone number by mistake, they couldn’t recover it. Keep lying to me about it being resolved in the future. First time called them their new support person said it will get resolved in 30 minutes after restarting my phone, I tried that nothing happened. Next I tried visiting the branch also no help they made me call their retention team and they wasted an hour on the phone with me said someone ported my phone outside. This is the worst company ever! I will sue them even if it costs me more money. Don’t use this stupid company unless you want to work with trash customer service. Note the person in the branch didn’t do any mistakes himself at least he was honest saying he can’t help, however the people he connected me with are the worst.
