  Avoid this place at all costs. I applied for a bell account online, but in order to complete the process, I was told I had to go into a bell authorized dealer and they had to call bell's fraud protection line and confirm that I am the person on my drivers license and to confirm the same address on the card as the one they have on file. The lady working the front desk refused to do that because my cell number wasn't showing up in their system (I wasn't a customer with bell yet, of course I won't be in their system). It was a very simple task, but she refused to do it, she also called her manager and even the manager said to refuse it. This is also an issue on Bell's part, but man, the people running this place are pretty useless. Do yourselves a favour and go to another place.

  I had a wonderful experience with Swaran at this location, who not only helped me understand the plans but also suggested good options in my budget. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and adept at his task. I highly recommend his services.

  recently realized it’s been about 8 months since I picked up my iPhone 14 Pro Max from UConnect wireless Shop, and I felt compelled to leave a review. ​The phone is still working amazing. Even after 8 months of daily heavy use, the performance hasn't dipped at all, the battery life is solid, and the camera still blows me away. It feels just as snappy as the day I unboxed it. ​I also want to give a massive shoutout to the salesperson, Sawarn. He was really amazing throughout the entire process—super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer service these days. ​If you're looking for a reliable place to upgrade your tech, I highly recommend checking them out. Ask for Sawarn!
