  Hi if you are the owner and answering my review here I have a request plz check my package where is it. It’s about a month now it’s still showing holding at location I mean why. If you can’t deliver it why did you took my stuff and my money. This is my tracking number 398282279870. I need an answer. My experience with FedEx was frustrating. When I went to this location they said we are the fastest to deliver your order and I paid more than 200$ for that. It was supposed to be delivered by 5 February and it’s 10 February today. I can understand if it was delayed by 1 day or 2 days but not even sending any updates about it is really frustrating. What am I supposed to do in this situation. My package is not delivered yet. So just wanna know what is your team doing about it.

  They didn't deliver on time. They left a note saying they missed me at my door and asked me to come to the center office to pick it up. If I were eligible to receive the goods, I would have gone directly to the store to buy them, instead of ordering online.

  I would give zero if possible. I had my very expensive jacket held at the Fed Ex in Surrey and they actually gave my jacket to someone else. If I'm not mistaken shouldn’t the ID match the info on the package? They didn’t even look; handed it to some random then have the audacity to tell me I need to call the shipper. Then they tell me my son took the package. Any excuse to place blame on the customer! Fed ex either train your employees better or don’t offer to hold packages!
