My experience with FedEx has been extremely frustrating.
When I tried to contact customer service to speak with a real person, I was completely blocked by automated AI systems. The phone line does not allow you to reach a human representative, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible.
For a company of this size and reputation, the lack of accessible human support is disappointing. High expenses should come with reliable, responsive customer service—but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

They didn't try to knock or doorbell to deliver my parcel. I already running downstairs if i saw a truck and after i run down he leave with doortag without using doorbell even if a lot of people downstairs

This has been a headache and still have not received my package. Originally ordered on December 9th for my package to be dropped off, Didn’t receive any notifications through my email text message to pre-warn me that it was on the way. After I missed my delivery, I went through the online website to enrol for it to be held at a location. After a few days, watching my tracking on FedEx website, My packaged jumped back back-and-forth between two different locations. When it stated it was Being held in a city over on the online tracking website, I was confused. But apparently, it was actually being held at the location I asked it to be, I receive no calls no text message no emails about this. It is now December 19 and the day previous I talked to the Surrey location and she stated that my package would be delivered to the location I want it held will be delivered today this afternoon. Even though the tracking website was incorrect, saying it was in Surrey (not my holding location) With the problems I had I did not trust the website so I went in to the location myself, and it was not there. I then Called customer service and they recommended for me to make a four hour round-trip to go pick up my package even though I stated that I wanted the package delivered to my hometown. This is my first time doing delivery through FedEx and it will definitely be my last. Just hoping I’ll be able to get my package before Christmas. Please, FedEx fix your online tracking locations including in the app.

Terrible delivery service, they left the package on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell, or knocking on the door. At the least if they had placed the small package in the mail box it would have been heard. Someone was home to receive the package but had no idea it was there. The package was stolen. The company closed the missing package ticket because their delivery driver took a picture that he left in on the step, so you can take a picture but you can't ring the doorbell? Fedex used to be good, now they're only gonna ring the doorbell if they want money from you.
