Ring camera showed nothing, and the second time I was literally working on my car in the driveway the entire day they claimed to come. The first time they just held my package for a few days and then sent it back because I didn’t pick it up, but there was no notice left at my door. They just don’t deliver your item if you are too far away, then get you to come pick it up, and they assume you are tracking it to their office. Amex said they have received a lot of similar complaints and won’t be using them in the future. Deal with another post office if at all possible. It seems this office doesn’t want to do their job if it inconveniences them in any way. This will be my second time driving across town to pick something up that they didn’t even attempt to deliver. Trash service.
