I went there to send out my Christmas Balikbayan box that I got from NoFrills after participating in their Balikbayan Box promo :) The staff helped me with my package and the process was smooth. I was told that the package is expected to arrive at our home in PH in 10 days! that's actually amazing. Thank you to the staff here and thank you to NoFrills and DHL for the amazing promo for Filipinos! I saved over 300$ since the NoFrills promotion made the shipping fee free~!

I got an email saying the driver was just a few stops away—yet hours later, I checked the tracking and it suddenly said “attempted delivery.” Nobody rang my buzzer, nobody called me, and there wasn’t even a delivery notice left behind. This is completely unacceptable. I wasted my time, lost work hours, and still have no package. DHL’s service is a joke, and after this experience, I will never use them again.
