  I had bought my son a new cell and his first one was stolen. So I went into the bell to get the suspension off his cell and reactivated it as it’s another new cell. The sales person, a male said you need to call the Bell customer service. So I did. After 3 -4 mins being out on hold, he told me. You don’t need to sit here. They will give you an electronic SIM card now go. Leave the store. I thought this is not professional. I sat there quietly waiting for the representative to come back and he said just go. I will not be coming back here. I told the Bell customer service how rude he was and how I was told to leave and go, she said herself she will be contacting the manager of the store and express my concerns. Very unprofessional.

  We were in the Guilford Town Centre today and Herb was our guy! SO A MA ZING! Spent hours with us to upgrade our phones! He was incredibly patient! Thank you again so much for your help today!
