It’s been almost a week, and I’ve gone back several times, but her attitude hasn’t changed. She even called security on me and accused me of trespassing, which was really upsetting.

It’s almost a week, i am going to the store to get my phone but her behaviour remains the same and she even calls the security on me and put the charge of trespassing on me.

- VPVindya PereraOct 1, 20251.0I went to this location on the 01st of October 2025 to inquire about a new package since my contract is ending in November. The customer service of the lady was disappointing and I dont think she want to work because her behavior towards me when i wanted to know more information, she just did not care. Such a disappointmenting experience, she literally said "there's nothing you can do about it you can't change your package" and went back to her phone and started scrolling. Bell, please hire people who cares about the customers and the company.
