The salesperson clearly told me it would be $149 per month. She even said to come back and speak with her if my bill was even one dollar more. When I received my bill, it was much higher than promised. I went back to the store for clarification, but instead of helping, they denied ever saying that amount and did not take responsibility. This store misleads customers just to make a sale. They say one thing at the time of purchase and something completely different afterward. Please make sure you carefully review your contract and do not rely on verbal promises. I would not recommend this store.

Based on those promotions, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro. At the time of sale, Abhi clearly told that my monthly bill would be $109. However, when the actual bill came, it was $129 per month. That’s a $20 difference, which adds up every month. When I went back to the store recently to get this corrected, another staff member, Jay told me that the person who sold me the deal, Abhi made a mistake, and because of that, they can’t do anything now. This was their support after the purchase. This is completely unacceptable. The team seems untrained, unprofessional, and there is no accountability once the sale is done. I also tried contacting Bell support, but since the deal was set up incorrectly by the store, I’m stuck paying the extra amount every month. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
