  I had a troubling encounter with a Bell representative who offered me a phone plan but refused to provide any employee ID—only a first name. They initially presented the option to finance a phone, but when I asked for clarification, it became clear they were actually offering a lease. When I contacted Bell to report this and seek clarification, I was simply redirected to a phone line that no one answered. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and the issue remains unresolved. The representative was also noticeably impolite, which only added to my concerns. It’s unacceptable for a major telecom provider to allow unidentified individuals to promote plans involving credit checks and sensitive personal information. I expected far more professionalism and transparency from Bell.

  A truly disappointing experience. I arrived first thing in the morning when they opened, and was assisted by a young woman who seemed impatient and as if she had just woken up. Her attire was casual, and she wasn't even wearing a Bell uniform—I'm unsure if wearing a uniform is a part of Bell's dress code. I felt as if this employee hadn't received proper training from Bell. I'd like to point out that each employee is a representative of the company culture they're a part of. Your level of professionalism and the quality of service you provide speak volumes about the brand with its rich history and corporate culture that you represent. If you have not received adequate training, I believe you may not be suited to represent this company. Lastly, I would implore Bell to establish a strict evaluation system for training its staff. Don't let us consumers have doubts about this. Thank you

  This bell store has amazing services I bought an iPhone 13 Pro max last Sunday with plan the lady over their guide me so patiently and help me to understand all their plans. I loved it. I was there around 30 minutes and she was very polite and nice too me not only she helped me for setting up my new phone but also transferred data from my old phone. Any kind of help you need guys in future, I recommend this location.
