  I had a really great experience with Bell’s customer service. The representative Mandy and Randy I spoke with was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Bell based on this interaction.

  I highly recommend Bell. I went to help my child sign up for a stand-alone plan, and the LAX store manager was incredibly helpful, nice, and patient. He spent nearly two hours helping me with the setup, making sure everything was working properly. He didn't rush at all and answered all my questions thoroughly. Truly exceptional service — thank you so much!

  Met Darius at the bell store here today, such an indecent person. I went there asking if there’s a better phone plan for me and he tells me that you cannot change a phone plan at all. You either buy a new phone or you stay on the same plan. And he was putting me down for being dumb to ask that question. Such a poor and insulting service at a bell store was never expected ! Bell needs to do a better job hiring these guys.

  I needed a new phone bc it broke and was desperate before my trip and a bell employee was helping me but ended up not helping me bc I was scammed into pay $183 per month but was told I wasnt able to get a cheaper plan bc I had the best plan from before. With all the new charges for buying the phone out i ended up paying $183 a month which was high but i was so desperate to get a new one i didnt question it. I now realized he gave me the worst plan and it was my fault for not paying attention as well. But I thought they're suppose to help you and not scam you. I dont recommend 0/10
