  I had a really great experience, and I truly appreciate all the help I received from Sukhman. She helped me get one of the best deals, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work. She is very aware, careful, and pays close attention to every detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. What impressed me the most was how sharp and professional she is. While I was waiting, there was another person nearby who seemed suspicious, but she handled the situation very smartly and was able to verify everything properly.   Sukh at Bell was disappointing to deal with. Communication was unclear, and it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. She also messed up my account, which created a lot of extra hassle and took multiple follow-ups to address and still hasn’t been fixed. Now she isn’t even answering my calls, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Overall, a very poor customer experience.

  Worst experience with them, The girl named Sukh offered me plans and also did hardware upgrades for my phones but after a while she cancelled the upgrades stating it was done by bell, when I asked bell they said it was done by store and on the cancellation agreement also it was the store itself. Even after that my plan changed from $35 to $70 and they said it would be corrected but bell again denied it and said I will have to pay it. The girl said if I don’t like that plan I can port out of bell I will also be filing a CCTS complaint with government regarding this store. Worst experience ever not recommend at all !
