  We were there to update our family phone plan on Boxing day, thank you so much for Aaron's above and beyond customer service. He was very efficient, clear, and understood our needs. We weren't really planning to switch at first, but his great service helped us made the decision way easier.

  I signed a service agreement with Virgin for 34/mo. on Dec 10, 2023. I was very surprised to see my monthly bill suddenly increase by 29% less than a year later on Sept 2024. I went online & saw that Virgin had imposed a new service agreement on my account for $44/mo. without my consent. I called to complain & they told me they had the right to increase my monthly fees at any time & had notified me on my bill in July. I checked this bill & discovered that this "notification" had been buried in small print on pg. 4 of an 8 pg. bill. In reviewing my Jun 2024 bill, I also discovered a 2nd price increase, without 30 days notice, that had been deliberately obscured. They said "Good news Member. We recently increased our pricing on some monthly plans which you'll see on your bill this month. However, you'll also see a credit of the same amount to keep your monthly plan the same price as it's been." I hadn’t seen the notifications of the 2 price increases on either my Jun or Jul bills because pg.1 with the bill summary looked identical to previous bills. This misleading "notification" didn't specify what the price increase actually was or how long the credit mentioned would be applied. This is not an appropriate way to inform a customer of a 29% price increase. I did not receive any other notifications by text or email about this unilateral contract change. I called Virgin about this 8 times & was told I could call back in Nov for Black Friday sales, when I could switch to another plan to reduce to my previous account, so I waited 2 mos to call them, but it turned out the agent who told me this had lied. I was also lied to by multiple agents when I requested transfers to speak with managers who then just transferred me to retention sales reps. I’ve now left Virgin for another provider & they immediately locked me out of my account & did not provide me with a copy of my final bill (thank goodness I’d already downloaded all my previous ones). I emailed them to request this bill & they’ve ignored my email. They don’t pick up the phone when you try to call. This company has terrible customer service, multiple agents who outright lie & deliberately imposes unilateral changes to contracts with misleading “good news” notifications – steer clear! Download & scour your bills with a fine-toothed comb.
