  They can't even buzz the apartment Just leave the sticker. I have just informed Amazon, Walmart and temu if they ship by fed ex I don't want it.

  Upd: I eventually received my package. They don't deliver the parcel to my address, but they put up notes saying that it was delivered for pick up at the nearest pick-up point, it's just ridiculous that the nearest pick-up point is considered to be near the airport 10 kilometers from my house. I specified the delivery address in the online store for delivery TO the ADDRESS! Why don't I get a package, but notes on the door! When I call the support number, only the robot talks to me, which does not help at all.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this FedEx. After being given a specific delivery date and time, I arranged my schedule to make sure I’d be available multiple times. The package never arrived as promised. Instead of receiving any updates, I had to chase the delivery myself through multiple calls to customer service. They were unhelpful and provided little information about where the package was or when it would actually arrive.
