License plate WC - 8599. This kind of driving is what gets people killed on this highway. Incident has been reported. Truly hope you take this driver off the roads as he was a danger to the public this morning - bad form, especially with a marked company vehicle.

I have not received proper delivery with Primo / Canadian Springs ever, however I continued service as I would still get deliveries at least once a month and could stock up on items from the driver when they arrived. However since June I receive my delivery sporadically and none of my empty jugs have been taken by the driver for deposit return. I have 15 empty jugs currently and Primo/Canadian Springs refuses to show up and take them. They have also billed for items on a delivery I never received in November. I've contacted them thru email form on the website, telephone (5x) and live chat being promised that my issues will be resolved and nothing ever comes of it. The customer service is abysmal. I would recommend driving to Hope and bottling your water yourself as it would be quicker than dealing with this company.
