As others have shared, was waiting for package all day and was following on the tracker. There were no attempts made whatsoever to deliver the package, buzz, or call, and driver just left the slip on the front of the condo door to pickup the following day at a far away pickup centre. For a private corporation the quality control is very concerning (I have actually filed a formal complaint, which I have never done with another delivery service). I would avoid FedEx if possible in the lower mainland area unless you live near their pickup centre in Richmond, because it seems like all the packages end up there for pickup anyways. It has also deterred me from purchasing online from anyone who uses FedEx in the future. Stick with the competitors.

They dont even try to deliver your package even though address is correct.
They'll just ask you to pick up in their warehouse which is 40 mins away from me. Freaking ridiculous!!!

Lost our package - 4 weeks later still no update on my claim - very bad company service.
Update: January 1 - still no update from FedEx - almost 6 weeks since package was sent (Nov 22) - arrived in Memphis (Nov 24) officially declared lost Dec 2, (After I had to call twice and get them to investigate) two emails from Claims Department since then with the Claim number (Dec 2 and Dec 3) since then nothing.... I have called 4 times since then - lots of promises that somebody in Claims department will contact me - nothing - agents wont put me in contact with a manager or (Managers don't deal with Claims) they claim no reply when they try contact the claims department - but will send them a message saying it is urgent, etc. - If I could give zero stars I would this has been a joke from the beginning - the lost documents were extremely import and them not arriving at their destination has caused us untold grief and major additional costs - nobody at FedEx appears to be very concerned that they lost our documents - which we have now had to get redone , notarized and apostled again and resent........

I also had the same experience as many others. FedEx didn’t even try to deliver my package. I did not receive any buzzer or even a slip to prove they attempted a delivery. The tracking states that the address was incorrect but this is not true as I have had no other issues with other delivery services. They need to stop hiring lazy workers or fix their GPS. Now I have to drive an hour to pick up my package which I paid shipping for. 0/5. Ridiculous.

Everything others have shared PLUS a new offense:
I've been home all day, waiting for this package before I go out of town. Tracking said it would be delivered yesterday, but they updated to today. Ok, no problem... that happens. Today, I go to the tracking page to see where it's at & they have posted a picture of my building with a FedEx tag left for me. I go downstairs, and there's no tag! I think the driver just posted a picture from before or something to this effect.
I call customer service and they tell me that it's not even on the truck for delivery and hasn't been. Avoid if you can.
