I hope FedEx will go bankrupt asap, the worst service I’ve ever experienced, on Feb 17th when I missed my package and the agent promised it will be here on Feb 18th by 5pm, I contact again on Feb 18th and guess what? The other agent said he don’t see any request for redelivering and is unwilling to provide a resolution outside standard protocol while FedEx is the one who caused this situation, so I stayed home all day and ended up with nothing, thanks FedEx!

Fedex refuses to deliver our package, and the online tracking just says "Delivery exception - Incorrect address". Our address is not incorrect, and I confirmed this on the phone with a representative. However she said that she will not send it again unless I give her a secret name. This is so infuriating - what are you talking about? The package contains a butter dish from a kitchenware company. I confirmed the sender's details, the shop name, my details as the recipient, my address, phone number, etc. I'm not even trying to change the address, I just want Fedex to complete the delivery. There's no secret name or magic word, just deliver the package! I think they've either lost it, or their drivers can't be bothered, or the call centre rep can't be bothered. Absolutely unacceptable - I will contact the company this was ordered from and recommend they stop using Fedex across their business. Fedex have effectively stolen my order!

I hate FedEx. I'll take UPS over those bozos every day of the week. Packages arrive very late and/or damaged. My current package is a week late and keeps scanning every morning but never goes out for delivery. FedEx is an absolutely terrible company. Cannot count on them at all. AVOID at all COSTS. SHIPMENTS are ALWAYS LATE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY. Do not use it for your business, it will only cause problems. UPS is 1000000 times better.

Avoid FedEx if you can. They lost my package and can’t seem to find it. Now they’re beating around the bush every day. They promise me call backs which I never get and they can’t get me in touch with anyone who can help. Their support is careless they don’t care if we never use their services again nor do they care about our packages. I paid $100 in shipping fees, they lost my package and said they won’t be reimbursing me anything and to talk to the shipper. Horrible service and horrible company. UPS is significantly better.

Trash service can’t even get a package to me overnight from Portland which is a 5 hour drive they’re a joke I paid for the most expensive shipping it wasn’t cheap. I’m never using FedEx ever again I’m officially switching to UPS. Update as of Thursday package hasn’t moved and they’re promising delivery today it’s almost 8 am and the package is still sitting at Memphis this has got to be the worst shipping service better off using UPS definitely avoid FedEx at all costs. Their support team doesn’t even care either. Something shipped to me on Friday afternoon through UPS and it’s already in Richmond . With FedEx it’s just sitting at Memphis and support is useless. I’m never using FedEx ever again in my life they don’t deserve my money. UPS is much better. Update: It’s now Friday morning and the package is still sitting in Memphis while FedEx continues to blame this on a weather delay. It’s been sitting in Memphis since Tuesday as if they want me to believe that bad weather held it up since Tuesday. Now they’re saying to wait until Monday. Now it’s Saturday and the package is still sitting in Memphis. I’ve received countless UPS packages with 0 delays. Please avoid FedEx and avoid the heart ache and trouble.
