  Terrible experience, I should be glad that my package came in one piece. Staffs offered minimum assistance with a hug attitude. Not sure if Fedex has good employee management.

  Fed ex made a huge mistake on delivering our package to the wrong address, and we had to come all the way out to this location (long drive.) It's in the middle of an industrial area and they do not provide a bathroom for customers. Why?! It's a TOILET

  Chimwe exceedingly helpful to me and assisted me from creating my account to packing my delivery. The other lady was rude and unhelpful with bad attitude to other customers too. My deliver was processed smoothly.

  They don't attempt to deliver your package when the address is correct. UPDATE: I've called customer service to ask for a redelivery attempt and since then, I've been monitoring the tracking... I specifically asked for FedEx to deliver to the door yet there was no attempt EVER made. No initial attempt and no attempt even after I called and scheduled a redelivery with FedEx. Now I'm forced to pick it up at their non transit friendly fedex ship centre in the middle of nowhere without a car. How does that even happen? Do drivers just decide whether or not which package they want to deliver? This package has been with you guys for 3 weeks and I have never seen it out for delivery except for that one time where you guys decided the address was incorrect. You guys need new GPS systems or hire workers who aren't lazy. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Please stop replying to reviews when you're not helping or changing anything.

  A terrible service, the delivery man didn't try to deliver the package, he just stuck the paper on the door. I was at home waiting for the package. I received notification that it was left at a facility and I could pick it up after 4 pm. The notification arrived at 6 pm and the facility closes at 5 pm. The next day I went to pick it up at 3pm after work, but when I got to the facility, FedEx had already taken it because I didn't pick up by the same day they dropped it off. I called to request a pickup location. The young lady was kind and filed a report, but now they can't deliver the package to me until they begin an internal investigation because the driver took the package from the facility. The package is now in the main warehouse, 8 minutes from work. I went to their delivery area and they told me they had it, but that it was blocked because it was under investigation. Two days later they sent it to my house and since I was at work, FedEx returned it to the sender. Now I have to wait for it to arrive so they can send it to me by another Since it was sent from Toronto to Vancouver and it will arrive in Toronto again, 15 days will have passed, plus the following days to return it to Vancouver. It is a terrible service that can ruin you.
