DHL in general is 2/5 ⭐️ because they have all these extra stupid rules, and frankly not enough physical locations for the city of Vancouver. The extra rules: All items must be inspected at the front counter before shipping. So do not seal the package beforehand. Include customs paperwork x 3 copies, sign and date it. This ALSO APPLIES TO PAPERLESS CUSTOMS LABELS WHERE YOU ALREADY DID THE PAPERWORK ONLINE. Bring government ID: they asked for my drivers license in order to verify I was the sender. UPS does not ask me these things. I would highly consider an alternative carrier. I would use Dhl if that’s all you got, or it’s going to Germany, their home base. The city of Vancouver has one actual location downtown (no store number provided, no cut-off time posted) plus maybe 5-6 third party stores that have some cutoff like 2pm.
