Fellow named Nick helped us, we were looking to price out a couple different options and he was very rude. We went into the store to speak with a representative and get it all figured out that day but instead he told us there is nothing he can do for us and it is all done over the phone, he couldn't even give us a price options to see which would work out better. He said they only offer one plan and it would "be like $150 a month". Left that day feeling very frustrated and not happy. Decided we did not feel like dealing with the stress of numbers at that point as everything is just so expensive these days! Came back to the mall today dreading going to Bell to finally deal with the phones and decided to see what Rogers pricing looks like, they were very helpful and made us feel way more welcome than Bell ever did! New phones all set up within an hour with Rogers now! :)
