An utter joke. I ordered a credit card and they've failed to deliver it twice now. We have had two people in the house when they apparently arrived and we didn't hear a sound. No knock or ring. Just a note on the door. Then to expect me to drive 40 minutes each way during work hours??? They also only do one delivery attempt and give you only 5 days before they send you package back. I am baffled how anyone is able to receive a package from them. I may just give up.

Amazing customer service. I called the call center to track a package containing my passport as I have a trip coming up and received a call back right away from Andrew of Fedex North Saanich. Even if there was not much he can do as the package was still in Quebec, he was very helpful in explaining to me the logistics and other ways to track and expedite it. Unfortunately, I wont have the package in time for my trip but I appreciate him going out of his way on a Saturday to check if it came and updating me. He was very empathetic, kind and professional! Kudos to Andrew!

Firstly they need to sort out their hours, online says 8-5 but the phone says 7:30-11 and their door says 8-6:30. When I went in they were confused of how I got in and didn’t know their door was unlocked. Poor service and poor hour display

I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the courier(s) who have recently been delivering my packages in the downtown area.
Since I work during the day and am not home to receive packages, I rely on delivery notices to plan my pickups. Last Friday, I received a notice telling me to pick up my package at the Mount Douglas location after 11 AM on Monday. I took time out of my lunch break on Monday to drive all the way there, only to be told that FedEx drops off packages after 2:30 PM. I had to make a second trip later that day to get my package.
Then on Thursday, I had another package scheduled for delivery. Again, I received a notice instructing me to go to the same Mount Douglas location the next day. I left work early today to pick it up, but was told they hadn’t received anything under my name. I drove back home and saw yet another delivery notice, this time redirecting me to a completely different pickup location for Monday.
It’s exhausting, time-consuming, and completely avoidable.
I understand that FedEx offers the option to have packages held at a designated pickup location, but that feature hasn’t been working for me. It either glitches out or fails to process the request properly.
What makes this even more disappointing is the contrast with how deliveries used to be handled on this route. The previous delivery person was incredibly thoughtful, he would text me directly to let me know where and when I could pick up my packages, often leaving them at a nearby pickup location just 3 minutes away instead of 30. That made a huge difference in terms of convenience and peace of mind.
Now, with no communication, inconsistent drop-off times, and confusing pickup instructions, the experience feels unnecessarily frustrating.
