Two of four items in my order were printed incorrectly - one on the wrong size paper though I was charged for the larger paper, and the other was a one page flyer that should have been double sided that was printed as two pages. The turn around time was also very slow. I uploaded files on Sunday for pickup Thursday at 3:30. When I arrived to pick up my order only one item was ready and they argued saying that I didn't tell them I needed everything ready at that time. I went back and reviewed the email thread after I got home and I absolutely did tell them when the items were needed. The prices are also high. I travel and put on workshops all over Canada and often have to have things printed in the city I am visiting to pickup before the workshop. I have used Minuteman in lots of other parts of Canada and had a great experience, but this one was terrible.
