    I would never use this print shop again. Two of four items in my order were printed incorrectly - one on the wrong size paper though I was charged for the larger paper, and the other was a one page flyer that should have been double sided that was printed as two pages. The turn around time was also very slow. I uploaded files on Sunday for pickup Thursday at 3:30. When I arrived to pick up my order only one item was ready and they argued saying that I didn't tell them I needed everything ready at that time. I went back and reviewed the email thread after I got home and I absolutely did tell them when the items were needed. The prices are also high. I travel and put on workshops all over Canada and often have to have things printed in the city I am visiting to pickup before the workshop. I have used Minuteman in lots of other parts of Canada and had a great experience, but this one was terrible.

    Good quality for posters, fast delivery and good quality of paper and colors. The only downside is for someone like me who just needed a quick paper copy and was charged $5,60… I hadn’t the information about the “minute charge” as their minimum, before… I ended up paying that amount for only 2 copies - if I had understand before I would’ve printed more copies for the same price at least, so.. just be smart… its still a good place for printing in quantity but a red flag for quick last minute small isolated things… in that case, just go to a library instead and pay 0,10 cents
