What we thought was a simple transaction has turned into the most time wasting task. Apparently the owner on account isn’t the actual account holder even though taking our credit card payments monthly. We have spent hours trying to sort this out. Been into Woodgrove Bell many times and the store level can’t fix it. Told to wait 6 months for a no fee correction that didn’t happen. We are now having to deal again over the phone with Bell (3rd time) hoping they can fix.. and now they want to charge us $50 for putting the account into the name it was supposed to be in 3 years ago. With all 3 family together to speak with. 2 family members left Bell (after 9 years) at the 2 year contract end, the one that can’t be removed has been paying. $50 month extra as can’t move away until resolved.
