Virgin lost the phone we purchased for 2 months and offered no solutions, if anything, they made it harder. 9 hours on the phone with them with no resolve. We couldn't even use the phone number they were charging us for. Abby helped us figure out alternative solutions while Virgin struggled with the most basic customer service. If you need assistance that's not being provided by your service provider over the phone, come to this location and I'll bet you'll walk out less annoyed.
